A 4 wheel drive SUV is required to navigate mountainous roads, especially in inclement weather. As we are on the side of a mountain, the road leading up to the home is rocky with deep pits in some areas and smaller vehicles are at high risk for damage. This area is entirely car dependent. Rideshare services such as Uber, Lyft and taxis are extremely limited and sometimes not available at all.
